1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and the European Union.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment. You have 24 hours after payment to cancel your order before it ships. After dispatch, the regular Return & Refund Policy applies.
3. Shipping Times
· United States: 5–18 business days
· United Kingdom: 7–18 business days
· Australia: 7–18 business days
· Canada: 7–18 business days
· European Union: 7–18 business days
4. Order Tracking
You can track your order using our Track Order feature or by contacting support@rejuwellskin.com. Tracking may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.
My Tracking Says, “No Information Available at the Moment” With some carriers, it can take 2–5 business days for tracking details to appear in the system. If you’ve waited over 5 business days and still see no tracking updates, please get in touch with our support team at support@rejuwellskin.com
5. Unexpected Delays
Customs delays may occasionally extend shipping times. For significant delays, please contact support@rejuwellskin.com
6. Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve requested combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact our support team.
