1. Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. After dispatch, the regular return policy applies.
2. Eligibility for Returns
· Return Window: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
· Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with labels attached, and in the same condition as when received.
· Non-Returnable Items: Personal care items, including consumable beauty products (such as skincare, makeup, and haircare), supplements, and any items not originally purchased from RejuWellSKIN, are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email support@rejuwellskin.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Customer Service Review: Our team will review and provide instructions within 48 hours.
- Shipping Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, in which case we cover shipping.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and evaluate your return.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Please provide photos of the item, and we will review and arrange a replacement or refund, covering associated shipping costs.
5. No Restocking or Processing Fees
We do not charge restocking or processing fees.
